Using the service

These terms cover the use of Cringe Labs at cringefnf.xyz, including public editorial content, tools, community links, holder-access features, and raffles.

Use of features that require a wallet, community account, or raffle submission is also subject to any feature-specific rules shown at the time.

Education, research, and market risk

Cringe Labs provides educational information, research tooling, market observations, and community features. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, and it does not recommend that a person buy, sell, hold, or avoid any asset.

Memecoins and other digital assets are volatile and high risk. Data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed by third parties. A person remains responsible for their own decisions, risk assessment, wallet security, and use of any external service. Nothing on the service guarantees an outcome, availability, accuracy, or profitability.

Wallets, Otties, holder access, and raffles

Some features may ask a user to connect a wallet or complete a time-limited ownership verification. A user should review the request in their wallet and should never share a private key, recovery phrase, or password with Cringe Labs. Public blockchain records are permanent or difficult to change, and wallet connections can create a link between public addresses and feature use.

Otties ownership or holder-gated access is a feature-access check, not a promise of continuing access, value, utility, benefits, or eligibility. Raffles may have separate displayed requirements, deadlines, eligibility checks, winner procedures, and claim rules.

Acceptable use and access

Users should not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, misuse community features, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, scrape or automate the service in a way that harms availability, or use the service to deceive, harass, spam, or facilitate unlawful activity.

Cringe Labs may limit, suspend, or remove access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the community.

Third parties and intellectual property

Wallet providers, blockchains, marketplaces, social platforms, data providers, and linked websites are independent services. Cringe Labs does not control them and their terms, policies, availability, and fees apply to their use.

The service’s original content, branding, and software are intended for the owner’s and applicable rights holders’ use, subject to any lawful use of third-party material.

Service changes and updates

The service may change, pause, or discontinue features. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Material updates will identify a revised effective date and be posted on this page.
