Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information flows used by Cringe Labs’ website, tools, holder-access features, community surfaces, and administration.

Effective dateJuly 28, 2026

Scope and service
This policy covers the Cringe Labs website at cringefnf.xyz, public guides and tools, Otties holder-access and verification flows, community integrations, raffles, and protected administration features.
It does not replace the privacy terms of wallets, blockchains, marketplaces, Discord, Telegram, X, Google, or any other service that a visitor chooses to use.
Information the service may handle
Depending on how a person uses the service, Cringe Labs may process website request and security information such as IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, error records, and abuse-prevention logs. The site may use technically necessary cookies or local storage for security, sessions, preferences, and wallet or holder-access flows.
Wallet-related tools may process public wallet addresses, public blockchain activity and ownership information, a time-limited verification challenge, and the result of an ownership check. A wallet address can be linked to a person in some circumstances, so it should be treated carefully even though blockchain records are public.
Community and raffle features may process Discord identifiers and display names, Telegram or X links supplied by a user, wallet addresses or ownership claims where a feature requires them, raffle submissions, winner or claim status, and messages or details voluntarily provided to the service. Protected administration may process administrator usernames, sessions, audit events, and operational configuration or support records.
How information may be used
The service uses information to provide and secure the requested page or feature; verify holder-gated access; operate research and community tools; administer raffles; investigate reliability, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; respond to support requests; and understand or improve service reliability.
Cringe Labs does not treat public blockchain information as a promise of identity, ownership, value, eligibility, or financial outcome. If optional analytics, marketing, or product-measurement data is introduced, this policy will be updated to describe it.
Public blockchain information
Transactions and ownership records on public blockchains can be visible to anyone and may be difficult or impossible to alter or remove. Connecting a wallet or using an ownership check does not make public blockchain information private. Users should consider this before linking a wallet to a community identity or raffle activity.
Retention, access, and Canadian privacy questions
Retention periods and deletion procedures vary with the information involved, the purpose for which it was collected, security needs, and applicable legal requirements. Public blockchain information may be permanent and cannot necessarily be altered or removed.
People may be entitled to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and information that cannot be altered on a public blockchain.
Age, changes, and contact
Feature-specific age, location, and eligibility requirements will be shown where they apply, including on raffles or holder-access flows.
Material updates will identify a revised effective date and be posted on this page.
